The master bedroom, decorated in a wine color, has a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and glossy white cupboards. There is a large window overlooking the ocean facing the soaker tub. There is also a shower. There is a balcony off the room.

The second bedroom, which has a gold theme, has a queen bed and a large bay window (4 window panels). It has a beautiful appointed ensuite modern bathroom with a shower. The pedestal was made from an antique Chinese table.

The third bedroom faces the ocean and has a panoramic view. It has a single bed and opens into the balcony.

The fourth bedroom looks out onto the back garden and has a double sofa bed and a bunk bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with a black and white theme. There are glossy white cupboards and black granite countertops. It is fully equipped.

There are two dining tables. For informal meals, there is a table off the kitchen, which sits 6. Formal dining can be enjoyed on a glass table with multicolor chairs. The table comfortably seats 8.

There is a lot of natural light through out the house due in large part to floor to ceiling windows and skylights. Bright colors, through original art, bring out the beauty of hardwood floors. The ground floor has an open layout with a dining and kitchen area, which flows into the living room and entertainment space. There are original paintings all through the house.

The front of the house is beautifully landscaped and has a sun soaked patio and pool. The back of the house faces onto a garden. There are four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a powder room. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, city and harbor from both levels.

It is 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes from Cypress Mountain Ski resort and 10 minutes to Grouse Mountain.

We are located just off the Sea to Sky Highway which is the highway to Whistler.

We are minutes from Dunderave beach (go for a walk on the sea wall and a long swim in the ocean) and Bellevue Avenue with its convenient shopping (grocery store, Starbuck and restaurants).

The house sleeps 9 comfortably.

Public transportation to all Olympic events is within a 5 minute walk with Cypress Mountain a 20 minute drive, and Whistler only a 75 min. drive away.

Richmond Oval is 40 mins, downtown 10 mins.

West Vancouver recreation centre, with its Olympic size pool, and a multitude of fitness programs, and West Vancouver library, are close by. Park Royal, which offers world class shopping is 5 minutes by car.
